3rd  Reinforcements at Brisbane, QLD on

Ship H.M.A.T. A49 "Seang Choon".

Cause of Death: Killed in Action on

7 October  1917 while serving with 9th  Battalion in Belgium at the age of 31 years.

Burial place: No known grave.
