Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

22 December 1916 with 52nd  Battalion,

8th  Reinforcements at Sydney, NSW on

Ship H.M.A.T. A64 "Demosthenes".

Cause of Death: Killed in Action on 26 May 1918 while serving with 41st  Battalion at Villers Bretonneux, France at the age of 19 years.

Burial place: Adelaide Cemetery, Villers-Brettoneux, France, Portion III, Row C,

Grave No: 13.
