8 August 1916 with 9th  Battalion,

19th  Reinforcements at Brisbane, QLD on

Ship H.M.A.T. A50 "Itonus".

Cause of Death: Died of Wounds on 8 July 1918 while serving with 15th  Battalion at Hamel, France at the age of 21 years.

Burial place: St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen, France, Section: Q, Portion III, Row E,

Grave No: 10.
