Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

29 June 1915 with 25th  Battalion, C Company at Brisbane, QLD on Ship H.M.A.T. A60 "Aenaes".

Cause of Death: Died of Wounds on

4 August 1916 while serving with 25th Battalion at Pozieres, France at the age of 26 years.

Burial place: Becourt Military Cemetery, Becordel-Becourt, France, Portion I, Row U, Grave No. 17.

Next of Kin:  Father, Fernand Louis Collet, care of Mrs Dubois, Hampden Road, Artarmon, NSW.
