9th Reinforcements at Sydney, NSW on

Ship H.M.A.T. A33 "Ayrshire".

Cause of Death: Killed in Action on 5 April 1918 while serving with 49th  Battalion at Morlancourt, France at the age of 18 years.

Burial place: No known grave.

Next of Kin:  Sister, Mrs Alice Wilson, Owens Creek, Gargett via Mackay, QLD.
