Address at Enlistment: Elderslie, Nelson Road, Lindfield, NSW.

Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

8 October 1915 with 2nd  Battalion,

10th Reinforcements at Sydney, N.S.W. on

Ship H.M.A.T. A69 “Warilda”.

Cause of Death: Died of Wounds on

4 November  1916 while serving with

2nd  Battalion in France at the age of 22 years.

Burial place: Grove Town Cemetery, Meaulte, France, Portion I, Row B, Grave No. 21.

Next of Kin:  Father, J. Cuthbert, Elderslie, Nelson Road, Lindfield, NSW.

Religion: Presbyterian.
