Address at Enlistment: Wellington Street, Mackay, QLD.

Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

21 October 1915 with 25th  Battalion,

6th  Reinforcements at Brisbane, QLD on

Ship H.M.A.T. A48 "Seang Bee".

Cause of Death: Killed in Action on

27 December  1916 while serving with

9th  Battalion in France at the age of 19 years.

Burial place: Beaulencourt British Cemetery, Ligny-Thilloy, France, Portion IV, Row A, Grave No. 12.

Next of Kin:  Mother, Mrs. Lumsden Donaldson, Wellington Street, Mackay, QLD.

Religion: Presbyterian.
