A Squadron at Sydney, NSW on Ship H.M.A.T. A72 "Beltana".

Cause of Death: Killed in Action on

23 September 1917 while serving with

52nd  Battalion at Ypres Sector, Belgium at the age of 21 years.

Burial place: Bedford House Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium, Enclosure No. 4, Portion V, Row F,

Grave No: 13.
