Cause of Death: Died of Illness on

24 October 1918 while serving with

13th  Australian Infantry Brigade Headquarters at Harefield, London, England at the age of 27 years.

Burial place: Harefield (St. Mary) Churchyard, London, England, Section Aust. 76.
