Occupation: Farm Labourer.

 

Service and Enlistment Details

Enlisted on 11 February 1916 at Rockhampton, QLD.

Address at Enlistment: Shakespeare Street, Mackay, QLD.

Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

8 August 1916 with 9th  Battalion,

19th  Reinforcements at Brisbane, QLD on Ship H.M.A.T. A50 "Itonus".

Cause of Death: Died of Illness on

25 January 1917 while serving with 9th  Battalion at Tidworth Military Hospital, England at the age of 26 years.

Burial place: Tidworth Military Cemetery, Wiltshire, England, Row A, Grave No. 46.

Next of Kin:  Mother, Mrs. M.J. Frazer, Shakespeare Street, Mackay, QLD.

Religion: Roman Catholic.
