Enlisted on 6 January 1916 at Rockhampton, QLD.

Address at Enlistment: Mirani, QLD.

Embarkation Details: Embarked Overseas on

4 May 1916 with 15th Battalion,

18th Reinforcements at Brisbane, QLD on Ship H.M.A.T. A49 "Seang Choon".

Cause of Death: Died of Wounds on

27 February 1918 while serving with 15th Battalion at Hessian Woods, France at the age of 21 years.

Burial place or Memorial: No known grave.

Religion: Methodist.
