Names:  As at 2005 there were 12 small brass plaques attached to the brick wall behind the cross dedicated to the veterans who have recently died.
History:  Dedicated on 18 August 1996 on the 30th Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan. The memorial is a replica of the original Long Tan Memorial in Vietnam.
