History

This loco was purchased new by Pleystowe Mill in 1916. It was bestowed the name "Habana" before it left the USA for Australia.  It went on loan to Plane Creek Mill from 1921 to 1924 to service the Carmila tramway. In 1925 it was sold to Bill Frost in Mossman, North Queensland. Frost ran a contracting business carting cane to the Mossman Mill.  It appears it was abandoned 1930. It's later fate is unknown but was probably sold or scrapped.
